3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, the NS MOM mark and the operating-system framework — is owned by NS MOM or its licensors. You may share short quotations with attribution; everything else needs written permission.

4. Services

Our advisory, marketing, sales, technology and AI services are delivered under a separate written engagement letter or statement of work. Those documents take precedence over this page for paid work.

5. Confidentiality

Information you share with us during a Growth Assessment or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to advise and serve you.

6. Disclaimers

The information on this site is general and is not a substitute for advice on your specific situation. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. Case studies describe past results and are not a promise of future performance.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by UAE law, NS MOM's total liability for any claim connected to the website is limited to AED 1,000. Liability under a paid engagement is set out in that engagement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
